Day 16.
It's so nice to come home to a hot snack after school, work, running errands, or soccer games. Put your slow cooker to work for you while you're out and about so you can munch on a delicious snack while you catch up on reading the mail. Or reading blogs.
--1 can of your favorite chili
--cheese (white, orange, purple-- it doesn't matter)
The Directions:
--open can
--shred cheese
--put shredded cheese on top
--close cooker (I used the mini one, if you only have a huge one, insert a corningware or other high-heat resistant dish into bottom of stoneware)
--heat on high if only gone for 1-2 hours, heat on low if gone 3-4.
Serve with tortilla chips.
